Clear Dryer Vent, operated by MON SOLUTIONS 24 LLC, collects SMS consent exclusively through verbal phone opt-in. During a phone call with you — either when you call (561) 717-7878 or when we return your call — our agent reads this script: “Would you like to receive text message updates about your dryer vent service, such as appointment confirmations, arrival updates, quotes, invoices, and replies to your questions? Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.” If you verbally say yes, the agent creates a consent log in your customer record containing the date, time, mobile number, and agent name. Only this recorded verbal agreement enrolls you in text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service.

Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
