These terms govern use of cleardryervent.com and the residential dryer vent cleaning, repair, installation, and inspection services provided by Clear Dryer Vent in Florida.

Service, Scheduling, and Payment

Service availability depends on location. Quotes may be adjusted when on-site conditions differ, but changes are presented for approval before work continues. Appointments use arrival windows. An adult must provide property access. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clear Dryer Vent SMS Program

Clear Dryer Vent, operated by MON SOLUTIONS 24 LLC, provides recurring informational SMS messages about residential dryer vent service requests. Enrollment happens exclusively through verbal phone opt-in. During a phone call, our agent asks whether you would like text updates about your service and discloses that message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per service request), message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP at any time. If you verbally say yes, the agent creates a consent log containing the date, time, mobile number, and agent name. Only this recorded verbal agreement enrolls you in text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

• Message types: appointment confirmations, arrival and technician updates, scheduling changes, quote or estimate follow-ups, invoices, payment reminders, and replies to your questions.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per service request.

Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and address details, safe access to the dryer and vent, and disclose known damage or prior repairs.

We may update these terms and will identify the latest update date above. These terms are governed by Florida law.
